Position Overview
We are seeking driven, results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our remote team. This is a full-time, commission-based 1099 contractor position. You will be responsible for cold calling businesses throughout the United States, identifying those in need of new websites or enhancements to their current sites, and closing sales for our web development and technology services. You will also have the opportunity to earn ongoing commissions from monthly maintenance packages and any future projects your clients initiate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (300–500 per week) to businesses sourced from Google searches, Chamber of Commerce directories, and other business listings
- Identify and qualify prospective clients for website development, redesign, and technology solutions
- Present QUED Sites’ value proposition as a US-based, high-quality web development provider
- Guide prospects through the intake and consultation process to ensure accurate project scoping
- Close sales and facilitate payment collection (50% deposit required to initiate work)
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activity
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly targets of 2–5 new client acquisitions
Compensation
- 10% commission on all website and technology project sales
- 10% recurring commission on monthly maintenance packages (ranging from $200–$750/month)
- 10% commission on all future projects from your clients
- Commissions are paid immediately upon client payment
- With just 2–5 new clients per week, you can expect to earn $500–$1,250 weekly at the low end, top performers can far exceed $100,000 annually
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident making outbound sales calls to US-based businesses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently from home
- Sales experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Reliable internet connection and phone access
Additional Information
This is a fully remote, commission-only position with significant earning potential for high performers. We provide training on lead sourcing and our sales process. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn-there is no cap on commissions.
